A comfortable bed and a well-kept room overall.

Really enjoyed my time here. The place was clean and well-maintained, had outstandingly accommodating staff in service with sincerity n caring hearts.

The venue is fairly clean, with great and easy location very close to old downtown or modern mall, plaza park, and the bakeries / restaurants there. The breakfast is particularly good and savoury with banana and good coffee, as for instance, there's an option for each taste. Thank you for a NICE stay.

Bed comfy

The check in staff degraded my reservation as a "third party booking" and didn't offer the breakfast buffet as every other time i have stayed prior. He said "they're not supposed to" and treated me like i was a bum asking for a handout. I don't even like the buffet it was just the bad attitude from the moment i stepped to the counter

Didn't like front desk staff. Very rude, and contradiction between empolyees. Was told only needed $25 on credit card to secure the room. Had to put money on my card. When returning a different employee stated I would need to have the entire amount on my card. Even tho I was paying cash at checkout! Booked.net should indicate this on the website so there is no confusion.

Comfortable and easy location to explore Visalia and excellent service. Walking distance to a mall and a bakery across the street. Well-kept hotel units with tea as well as a newly renovated bathroom.

The room was updated & new-fashioned, with comfy beds.

I loved the hot breakfast buffet in the restraunt setting!!! Newspaper in the morning after first night was great too! Kids were happy about inside pool because the heat was too much for them to enjoy while outside.also my youngest forgot his bear and the restraunt/ employees were kind enough to track ua down to determine it belonged to us before. He had a melt down!!! Thank you!!!

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and specifically did not chose the hide a bed option because of my kiddos. We were quoted one rate and charged another as well as never recieved my points for the rewards and after asking multiple times for additional pillows they were neve Something we recieved after being told we would be contacted via phone after a certain time. Im not one for confrontation which is why i did not create an issue with the manager. They also had helped tremendously in other areas.

excellent nearby parks and easy access to sequoia national park

The indoor pool is quite large and the dining menu has varied and tasty options as a single traveler who loves exploring city parks and landmarks, just a short drive away from sequoia national park for amazing views. The cafe service could use some improvement.

Air conditioning barley cooled enough to sleep

only here a few hours. Friend had surgery at local hospital stayed 6 hrs after to make sure everything ok. Always stayed here with husband . Great staff

Good location to start a trip at Sequoia NP.

This place suits me perfectly! The clean rooms, friendly staff, and 24-hour reception provide everything I need. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost ring on my first stay. Highly recommend!

The staff was very competent and pleasant. Room cleaned every day quite well. Close to the golf course that my son and I played.

Nothing to speak of.
